Course Overview:
This course is designed for project team members who wish to learn the basics of using Microsoft Project in order to manage projects, keep track of deadlines, resources, task distribution, constraints and contingencies.
Target Group:
Individuals that understand Project Management concepts and are responsible for creating and modifying Project Plans. This course will assist in managing the Project Plans.
Pre-requisites:
Delegates enrolled for this course should have the following:

Course Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will be able to:

Course Outline:
You will create a Project Plan containing tasks, as well as organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships. Furthermore, you will create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan.
